Cancellation Policy:
You may send someone else in your place if you are not able to attend (no charge for this change, but please let us know the name of the substitute person). If you still need to cancel, the following fees apply to the ery early bird discount of 10% price: Cancellation fee of 50 USD up to two days prior to the event. Cancelling one day prior to the event and no shows are nonrefundable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email) to info at JensenDataSystems.com (you may phone US 281-359-3311 instead of emailing).

Check or Money Order:
Send check or money order payments to the following address. Please include a copy of your registration form, or the city of attendance and your name or the name of the registrant if you are registering for someone else.
