Q. What are the times of the seminar?

Q. Are the seminars lecture-style or hands-on?
A. Seminars are lecture-style since Cary Jensen is covering quite a bit of information. It would require about six days to go through the material Cary Jensen covers using hands-on techniques. Cary does provide hands-on and lecture-style, onsite training on Delphi 2006, Delphi 7 (and earlier Delphi versions, Delphi 6, Delphi 5, etc.), Advantage Database Server, and general .NET training using CodeGear's Borland Developer Studio 2006 and Delphi 2006 for .NET. Q. Can I bring my laptop to the seminar?
A. Yes, you are welcome to bring your laptop. Although the seminar is not designed to be hands-on because of the depth and breath of the material covered, you may find it helpful to follow along with the examples during the seminar. However, a laptop is not required as the seminar is lecture-style. You will receive all code examples presented during the seminar as well as additional code examples. Note that if you bring a laptop, you must have Delphi 2006 for .NET already installed. (You can use CodeGear's 30-day trial version of Delphi 2006 for .NET.) The hotel has wireless Internet access.
Q. Am I going to get information and content during the seminar (or am I going to get marketing material and a sales pitch)?
A. Information and content. If you've attended one of Cary Jensen's seminars or workshops in the past, or seen Cary speak at conferences, you know this already.
