VAT and Payment Details

If you've registered already, please make payment as described here. Payment and invoice amount will be listed in Euros. You can pay by bank/wire transfer or by check/money order.

VAT

Attention: Bob Swart Training & Consultancy is based in The Netherlands. This means that people from The Netherlands always need to include 21% VAT. People from EU countries (except The Netherlands) that can specify company name and VAT Number do NOT need to pay VAT, but you will need to put your formal registered company name and VAT number on the registration form. People from the EU that cannot specify their company name and VAT number need to pay 21% VAT. People outside of the EU do not have to pay VAT.
We need your VAT id to avoid applying the 21% VAT.

Once you register, you will also receive an email with an invoice containing payment instructions.

Please list the registrant's name and city attending in the payment description.

Note: Make payable to Bob Swart Training & Consultancy only, and not to just Bob Swart or the payment may be refused by the bank due to specific regulations. Also, if you can forward us your bank receipt by email to: bob (at) ebob42.com, this will help speed things up. It can take a few days before the money shows up at the bank (and we can track it if we have the receipt.
